What is the delivery time?

We provide shipping all over Pakistan. Deliveries can take 48-60 hours within the city (LHE) and 3-5 business days outside the city.

Will it be same as shown in pictures/video?

We do product shoot in our own photo studio to ensure deliver same items as shown in our pictures/video.

Can you wrap it like a gift for me?

Sure, we can wrap it like a gift for you and you can choose a gift card to be attach with your own customized writing too.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before your product is shipped.

Can I amend my order?

Yes you can amend your order within 12hrs after confirmation. Any amendment to the original order after 12 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

Can I return the product?

Yes, you can return your order if it is damaged or defected within 24 hours after delivery and we can replace it for you if the product is not working properly.

What is Exchange Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is not working properly , you may exchange it with another product that available in store.(shipping charges apply) 

What if my product is delivered damaged?

We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Is there are any delivery charges?

As we don't include shipping expense in items price. So yes, you can get as many products you want with delivery charges of Rs200/- Nationwide
